The hotel is nice, and has great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the friendly staff helped with my bags. I'll be back for Xmas!

The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and helped me with free parking. Brand-new and well-kept room with a large bathroom and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. Comfortable beds, stunningly beautiful views. Early check in and late check out.

The location was great with exceptionally good views. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a good area. I ate at a great restaurant for food at restaurant.

The relaxing amenities, like the outdoor pool and garden area, made for quality family bonding time. I must also commend Nontobeko and Michael for their really good kindness during a difficult moment; their empathy lifted my spirits. the dinner options were limited and check-in took longer than expected. the hotel should consider improving their backup power solutions to enhance guest comfort during loadshedding. Despite these issues, I found the rooms clean and inviting, and the breakfast was excellent.

Peaceful hip new place with comfortable and absolutely perfect location right by close by shops. Nice pool, parking nearby. The smooth check-in. The a la carte restaurant for food at restaurant.

Complete blackout during loadshedding left us in darkness!!! Hot water issues were unacceptable and caused discomfort, especially when the elderly are involved!!! Please consider better backup power solutions and ensure proper maintenance of room amenities!!!

The hotel offered a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were genuinely nice. Enjoyed the modern décor of my room, which also had practical amenities like a tv and an electric kettle. The breakfast was good, though I noticed a long wait on some days. Room service has room for improvement. It took too long to receive my food, and it arrived cold. Loadshedding caused inconvenience, as there were no backup generators for the rooms, leaving parts of the hotel in darkness. The check-in process was frustrating. I was unable to access my room until 15:30 despite requesting an earlier check-in. The room's bedding felt less comfortable than expected, and the noise from the plumbing was a bit distracting. I think the hotel has potential and with a few adjustments could offer an even better experience.

I had a grand time! The staff were real sound folks, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Loved the view of Peter Mokaba Stadium, but the breakfast took ages to come. Still, I'd gladly return!
